Graphic Designers: Request for Quote

I need to step up my presentation and professionalism to reflect my current marketing goals — which puts me in the market for a pile of graphic design work.
I need:
- A Logo – 2 versions. A 100px x 100px watermark to stamp in the lower right corner of my photographs, and a version to use at the top of my website, on my promotional mailers, etc…
- A WordPress Blog Template.
It should be single column, like this: http://www.professionalphotographertheme.com/demo/ and support WordPress widgets for the footer. The header should display current images and link to my portfolio. I need the ability to edit which images appear in the header from the WordPress administration interface. - An email template for my promotional mailers. It should support a single photo, in 16:9, 4:6, or 1:1 aspect ratios. It should also display my Logo, my contact info, and a prominent link to my website.
- A business card – Single image on one side, contact info on the back, full color
Style wise, I’m looking for music-influenced design. My plans are to continue shooting music events, festivals, and promos for world-class DJs and bands, along with related fashion and lifestyle work. Think fresh, edgy, stylish, and bold.
I might also favor a local designer whom I could develop a working relationship with to collaborate on future projects, like ad campaign composite images, album / flyer design work, and photo retouching, but I worked frequently with a designer in Europe for over a year, and that worked out pretty well, too.
Also, we just spent a small fortune on a new roof for our house, so if we can work out a dollar-for-dollar trade-for-photos discount deal, that might influence the pick. Ultimately, I’ll go with the best designer for the job, but if there are several great offers on the table, a trade arrangement will certainly sway me.
